In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "q888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the q888.onl platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the website at q888.onl, including all pages, services, games, and features made available through it.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the q888 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal user account created upon successful registration with q888.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive issued by q888 to an Account holder.

By accessing the q888 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the binding agreement between you and q888.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to immediately cease use of the q888 Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

To register and maintain an Account with q888, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani phone number or email address;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Not be self-excluded from the q888 Platform or any other gambling platform pursuant to a self-exclusion request;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee of any third party;
• Hold only one (1) Account on the q888 Platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice.

q888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC copy, utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent) from any Account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified may result in suspension or closure of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q888 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. q888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• You must notify q888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.
• q888 implements 256-bit SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect Account access. You are encouraged to enable 2FA.
• q888 reserves the right to suspend an Account where suspicious activity, unusual login patterns, or potential security compromise is detected.

q888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions.

• Deposits are credited to your q888 Account in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be confirmed and credited.
• Minimum deposit is Rs 500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. q888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited into your q888 Account must be used for wagering. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to wager (in order to exploit bonuses or payment processing) is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• q888 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All bets placed on the q888 Platform are subject to the specific rules of each sport, event, or casino game, as well as the following general conditions:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once q888's system has confirmed it and a unique bet reference number has been issued.
• q888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical malfunction or human error.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the prevailing match or game state at the time of acceptance. q888 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Cricket betting markets at q888, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). q888 follows standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) provisions for rain-affected matches where applicable.
• The outcome of all casino games at q888, including live dealer games, is governed by the rules of the individual game and the certified RNG or live studio shuffle in operation.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, bugs, or loopholes in the q888 Platform to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings derived from such exploitation.

q888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Account holders. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be permitted.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless a promotion's terms specify a combined deposit + bonus calculation.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• q888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes where practicable.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Certain game types (including some live casino games) may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. Applicable contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion's terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q888 Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or identity information;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to access or interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bugs, or engage in any form of cheating;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the q888 Platform;
• Using the Platform while self-excluded;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any card game or other competitive wagering product.

q888 reserves the right to close Accounts found in breach of this clause, withhold balances pending investigation, and report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

q888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all Account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold over a rolling period;
• Session Timers: Set automatic alerts or forced session breaks after a defined period of play;
• Cool-Down Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the q888 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, q888 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

q888 strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement. Any Account found to be held by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the registered payment method after deduction of any promotional credits received.

All content on the q888 Platform – including but not limited to logos, brand names, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and compilations – is the intellectual property of q888 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q888 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of q888 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• q888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• q888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim;
• q888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary service interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical upgrades, or reasons beyond q888's control;
• q888 accepts no liability for losses arising from network outages, internet service provider failures, or device malfunctions on the user's side.

q888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, q888 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Account holders via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the q888 Platform following the posting of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which q888 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through q888's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution.
